Please contact us first so we can make sure that you are eligible for a return/refund and can ensure the product you want to exchange is in stock.
Post the product back to us within 30 days of receiving it (products must be sent back to us unused and in original packaging including tags). If 30 days have gone by since signing for your parcel, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any returned items will be the customers responsibility until we receive them. We suggest using a signed shipping service and you must retain proof of sending your item, although, we do accept any method of posting (you may choose any courier).

If you wish to exchange a product, we will cover the new outbound postage if the total weight of the new item is below 2kg. If the exchange is above 2kg, we may ask you to contribute to the postage. Exchanges are also subject to stock availability. If you need an item quickly, please contact us to check stock levels before you ask for the exchange.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Refunds via card payment may take up to 3 working days to appear back in your account.
